Our Story
Apricus means "sunny"—a place filled with light and warmth. For me, this name is everything. Growing up in a big family, I know how powerful food can be when it’s shared. It’s not just about the meal, but the laughter, the conversations, and the memories that are made around the table. And that’s exactly what I wanted Apricus to be—a place where good food, family, and a bit of sunshine come together.
In 2020, I opened Apricus with the dream of creating a space where people could feel at home, whether they were enjoying a quiet lunch or celebrating something special. But it wasn’t just about the food—it was about the whole experience. So, I’ve designed Apricus to be a place where you can not only enjoy delicious, heartfelt meals but also soak in the beauty of the outdoors.
Our restaurant is cozy and welcoming, and we’ve got plenty of spots to enjoy the sunshine—whether it’s in the alfresco, lounging on the lawn picnic tables, or taking a peaceful walk along the trails by the lake. And if you have little ones with you, or if you just want to see some adorable faces, our animal nursery is always a hit!
